Cathedral of Blessed Mother Teresa in Pristina

The Cathedral of Blessed Mother Teresa in Pristina (Albanian: Katedralja e së Lumes Nënë Tereza në Prishtinë) in Pristina, Kosovo[a] is a Roman Catholic cathedral currently being built. In 2007 the Government of Kosovo approved plans for the building.[1] The church's foundation was ceremonially laid by former Kosovo president Ibrahim Rugova, himself a Muslim.[2] It is dedicated to Blessed Mother Teresa.

Upon the cathedral's completion, the diocese covering Kosovo will move from Prizren to Pristina.[2] The cathedral will also be one of Pristina's tallest buildings when it is complete.[3]
